OPEN ACCESS POLICY & COPYRIGHT
The Conference Proceedings follow an open access (OA) policy, providing free and immediate access to all published articles. This practice is rooted in the belief that making research findings publicly available fosters the global dissemination of knowledge and ideas.
Articles published in the Conference Proceedings are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NoDerivatives (CC BY-ND) license. Under these terms, articles may be freely downloaded, shared, and used for any purpose, provided that the copyrights of the authors and the publisher are respected through proper attribution and accurate citation of the original source. However, the articles must be shared in their entirety and may not be altered, transformed, or built upon in any way.
Full-text access to the Conference Proceedings is permanent and free from time restrictions. Readers are never charged to download articles, and authors incur no publication fees, either before or after publication, beyond the standard conference registration fee. The financial structure of the Conference is non-profit.
Articles published in the Conference Proceedings may be deposited in institutional and thematic repositories, provided that full bibliographic details are cited, including the title of the Conference Proceedings, publisher, year and place of publication, ISSN, article title, author names, page numbers, and Digital Object Identifier [DOI].
Together, these measures aim to promote the free exchange of scientific information and enhance access to knowledge across the academic community.
Upon publication, the publisher becomes the owner of the printed and electronic versions of the article. The publisher grants the public a perpetual, worldwide, royalty free licence to use the article under the Creative Commons Attribution–NoDerivatives (CC BY ND) licence.
Only articles that have not been previously published and are not in the process of being published elsewhere shall be published in the Conference Proceedings.
For articles accepted for publication or already published in the Conference Proceedings, authors may publish them in other publications only with permission of the Editorial Board, and, in such cases, a clear indication of their prior publication in these Conference Proceedings is required.
All content is provided for use under the Creative Commons-Attribution-NoDerivs 4.0 International licence.
