It is a great pleasure to welcome you all, on behalf of the Organizing and Honorary Committee, to the 5th International Scientific Conference of Maritime Law, which will take place in Split, Croatia from 9 to 11 April 2025.
We are proud that our Conference is growing and is transforming into a scientific event that is recognised by renowned scientists and practitioners of Maritime Law. During the ISCML Split 2025 you will have an opportunity to hear presentations on novelties and challenges of contemporary maritime law, which are greater than ever, from participants coming from Italy, Malta, the United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, Poland, Spain, Slovenia, Montenegro, Croatia, USA and other countries.
We strongly believe that the high-level speakers, session chairpersons, conference panellists, and audience will greatly contribute to the quality of this conference through knowledge transfer, exchange of visions, and engaging discussions. This will create a wonderful environment for brainstorming, sharing and enhancing knowledge and understanding of maritime law.
